Purpose: Kizen allows you to filter within your Custom Objects by virtually any piece of information living on your Objects' records, including fields, forms, scheduled & logged activities, etc.

Custom Object Filter
To apply the Custom Object filter, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Data tab
2. Click Custom Objects
3. Select desired Custom Object
4. Click into the three line, funnel icon
5. Click Choose Filter
6.Select Filter Type & fill criteria
7. Click Apply Filter
8. Enter Filter Group Name if you are planning to save this filter group for future reference
9. Click Save Group to save filter
10. Save Filter Groups can be referenced in the All Records dropdown located in the top left corner
Custom Object Filter Types
There are various filter types that allow you to segment your contacts. These filters are also known as Entity Record Groups or Pipelines Groups. Here's a list of available Custom Object Filter Types:
1. Automations: Search whether an entity is currently on, completed, or have never been on a specific automation
2. Fields: Search whether specific fields contain or don't contain specific values
3. Forms: Search whether a form has been submitted on an entity
4. Lead Sources: Search based on the first or all lead sources, as well as the specific source an deal came from
5. Logged Activities
6. Owner: Search by a specific entity Owner (for example, by Sales Rep)
Note: Select My Records to view the entities where you are listed as the Owner
7. Related Objects: Search by associated records' stage, field value, automation status, activities, forms or surveys submissions, owner, team interaction, or lead source
8. Scheduled Activities: Search by the activities scheduled on a contact or related objects for the selected timeframe and team member
9. Surveys: Search whether a contact completed survey, or if they were satisfied or unsatisfied
10. Team Interactions: Search based on the team member(s) that have interacted with a deal
