Dashlets live within the dashboard and are small components that provide display-only snapshots of measurable results. Users can add dashlets to existing dashboards to suit their business needs. Dashlet Type Overview
There are three types of dashlets that can be added: Activities, Pipelines, or Emails.
1. Activities
1.1 Number of Activity Submissions - this will show the number of submissions for the specified activity. In other words, activities that have been logged or completed
1.2 Scheduled Activities - this will show all activities that are scheduled
2. Pipelines
2.1 Opportunity Conversion - this will show the opportunity conversion percentage per stage by number of records or value
2.2 Records Added - this will show the number of records added or value added over time as a number total or graph trend
2.3 Records Lost - this will show the number of records lost or value lost over time as a number total or graph trend
2.4 Records Won - this will show the number of records won or value won over time as a number total or graph trend
2.5 Pipeline Value Over Time - this will show the total value or weighted value of all open records, won records, or both over time as a line graph. It will also include the % change over time
2.6 Sales Leaderboard with Projections - this will show the number of records or value of records broken down by salesperson to show their goal, actual, and projected forecast by stage, ordered by highest to lowest
2.7 Stages Over Time - this will show the number of records or value of records for selected stages as a sum or breakdown in a line graph view
3. Emails
3.1 Email Complaint %
3.2 Emails Opt Out %
3.3 Emails Delivery %
3.4 Emails Sent
Adding a Dashlet
Use the following steps to create a new dashlet:
1. Click on Dashboard
2. Click Add Dashlet
3. Select the Dashlet Type
4. Configure the dashlet as desired
5. Click Add
