Purpose: Step by step guide to set up Google mail (GMAIL) Integration and Sync Your Gmail Inbox in Kizen. Once emails are sent to or from contacts in your Kizen account, the emails will be displayed on the Timeline.

Navigate to your profile to setup Google email integration.
Kizen allows the capability to integrate your own email account. Please follow the steps below...
A. Select your initials or photo, in the top right-hand corner of the top menu bar.
B. Select My Profile.
C. In the Email Integrations section, select Add Integrated Email.
D. Choose Gmail as Provider E. Click Sign-in with Google. | F. Click on your Email |
G. Click Allow. |
Conclusion: Once connected, the email address will show in the Integrated Inboxes section.
Attention: If you are attempting to connect an Administrator account such as Google Workplace please proceed to the steps below.
G-Suite Admin Setup (Optional):
If you require administrator access to your G-Suite admin panel, and you do not have such authorization, please have your administrator perform the following tasks: G-Suite Admin Setup:
In a separate tab, visit https://admin.google.com/ and sign in to your administrator account.
A. Once you are in your admin panel, you should click on the top-left menu selector, then go to Security
B. Open the Settings section.
C. Go to API Permissions.
D. Select Trusted Apps. | E. From the Trusted Apps dashboard, click on the yellow +, at the bottom right, to add Kizen as a trusted app. |
F. Select Web Application from the drop-down menu. | G. Click Add Kizen's Google Client ID |
Attention: Add Kizen's Google Client ID exactly as shown: 239019214601-7n1aau6sl843et4esno852sgpgtbrt71.apps.googleusercontent.com
Conclusion: Upon completing the setup steps you should now see Kizen Technologies listed as one of your trusted apps.
