Purpose: This article covers how to customize and automate the sender of your emails using different Sender Types in the Email Builder. With multiple options available, you can choose to send emails from specific team members, roles, or your business
Kizen offers several different Sender Types you can select from in your Email Builder:
1. Specific Team Member
You can select a specific team member to be the sender of an email. The default sender will always be the user building the email.
2. Custom Team Selector Field
The Custom Team Selector Field allows you to select a specific Team member associated with the Contact's record.
If the Team Selector Field is not specified, the Sender Type will default to the 'Last Active Team Member (Any Role)'. If there is no history of a 'Last Active Team Member (Any Role)', this field will then default to the Business Email.
3. Last Team Member (Specific Role)
This selection will send emails from the last team member associated with the Contact's record from a specified role, i.e., Admin, Sales, Marketing, etc., that was most recently associated with the recipient.
4. Last Team Member (Any Role)
This selection will send emails from the last team member associated with the Contact's record from any role, i.e., Admin, Sales, Marketing, etc., that was most recently associated with the recipient.
5. Business
Selecting your business will show your Business Notification Email as the Sender.
Configure your Business Name
1. Navigate > Settings
2. Click into Business Information
3. Edit Business Name
4. Edit Business Notification Email
