Purpose: Website Interaction Tracking allows you to view your contacts’ website impressions by placing the script provided to you in the Kizen CRM onto your website.

Product Overview
Kizen supports the capability to add a Website Interaction Tracking feature to your website. This can be done by embedding the provided script into your code. This will allow you to view your contacts’ website impressions once it has been properly installed onto your website. Please note, that in order for Kizen to be able to assign tracking, the contact will need to perform one of the following actions:
- Click a link in an email you send through Kizen.
- Submit a form or survey.
- Register for an event.
- Content Configuration
- Create an account
- Purchase a product through your store.
Note: The tracking feature will need to be triggered by an event performed by the Contact.
Step-By-Step Guide
Step 1: Generate Script for Website Interaction Tracking
1. Click on Settings, from the top menu bar in Kizen: https://fmo.kizen.com/settings/domain-tracking
2. Select Domain & Tracking
3. Copy the script from the Website Tracking section.
Step 2: Add Website Interaction Tracking to your website
The Website Tracking script shown below is all that you need to add to your website builder. It is sourced from Java script code that is called remotely and exists in the Kizen domain. The configuration is based upon the business ID that is provided.
Attention: You can copy this embedded script straight from the clipboard within the Kizen application.
Summary: Once you have properly installed the script onto your website, you will be able to view your contacts’ website impressions.
