Purpose: Streamline your workspace by hiding custom fields that are no longer necessary, helping you declutter your view and focus on the information that matters most. If your workflow changes or new data becomes relevant, you can easily unhide or add custom fields to keep your setup adaptable and efficient. Whether you're updating processes or optimizing your interface, managing custom fields is a straightforward way to stay organized

Hide a Field
Within the Customize Fields section, you can hide Custom Fields. This will no longer display on the Information Block when viewing an entity record.
To hide a custom field, follow these steps:
1. Click Settings from the top menu bar
2. Click Customize Fields
3. Navigate to the Custom Object the custom field is related to and locate the custom field
4. Click on the "..." icon next to it
5. Click Hide
6. Click Confirm
Attention: After the field has been hidden it will turn grey and be moved to the bottom of the category
Show a Field
If you need to have the custom field displayed once again please right-click next to the "..." icon and select the Show option as demonstrated below
