TABLE OF CONTENTS
Email Privacy Settings Overview
Email privacy settings are available to control which integrated inbox emails display on contact timelines in Kizen.
There are two types of settings available:
1. Block Incoming Emails From - block communications from a specific email address or entire domain from appearing in your Kizen timeline
2. Block All Internal Emails - block internal emails from appearing on your timeline for any domain with a connected inbox in your Kizen business
For instance, if you've connected an inbox ending in @domain.com, all internal communications from *@domain.com to *@domain.com will not appear in the timeline.
Attention: Blocking email address(es) or domain(s) will remove any previously logged emails on your Kizen timeline
Block Incoming Emails From
Block communications from a specific email address or entire domain from appearing in your Kizen timeline by following these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings tab from the top menu bar
2. Select Privacy Settings
3. In the Privacy section, enter the email(s) or domain you do not wish to appear in your Kizen timeline
Hint: To block all emails from a whole domain (e.g. domain.com), simply add "@domain.com" in the Block Emails From field
Block All Internal Emails
Block internal emails from appearing on your timeline for any domain with a connected inbox in your Kizen business. For instance, if you've connected an inbox ending in @domain.com, all internal communications from *@domain.com to *@domain.com will not appear in the timeline.
1. Navigate to Settings tab from the top menu bar
2. Select Privacy Settings
3. In the Privacy section, enter the email(s) or domain you do not wish to appear in your Kizen timeline
