Purpose: To allow the user to hide a field in the record layouts, tables, board views and timeline field updates. It will remain visible in automations, filters, charts, and dashboards.

Step-By-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Customize Fields screen.
Once you get there please proceed with the following steps.
- Click Settings from the top menu bar.
- Click Customize Fields.
- Navigate to the Custom Object that the Custom Field is related to and locate the Custom Field.
- Click on the ... of the Custom Field.
- Click Hide.
Step 2: Click Confirm
Clicking confirm will hide this field in record layouts, tables, board views and timeline field updates. It will remain visible in automations, filters, charts, and dashboards.
Attention: After the field has been hidden it will turn gray and be moved to the bottom of the category.
Step 3: Show the field (Optional):
If you need to have the custom field displayed once again please right click next to the ... icon and select the Show option as demonstrated below.
