Email a Form


Purpose: Kizen Forms that you've built can be emailed directly to contacts, enabling you to efficiently collect valuable insights, streamline data collection, and enhance communication with prospects or clients - all without requiring them to visit your website


Use the steps below to Email a Form

1. Navigate to Platform tab from the top menu bar


2. Click Forms


3. Search for the form you would like to email


4. Click the "... " icon in the Actions column


5. Click Edit



6. Inside the Form Settings, copy the Hosted Form Link



7. Copy and paste this link and add it to the email Once you've emailed the Hosted Form Link, recipients can easily complete your form.
