Add DNS records to GoDaddy DNS provider


Purpose: This article provides a step-by-step guide for adding DNS records in GoDaddy, specifically for completing the Email Domain verification process in Kizen, which helps ensure that emails sent from your domain appear legitimate to recipients

Steps to configure DNS records in GoDaddy:


1. Log in to your GoDaddy Admin account


2. Click on My Products


3. Select the Domain name used for your email



4. Click Manage Domain



5. Click Manage DNS

 


6. Click Add


7. Select CNAME under Type


8. Insert CNAME Name from Kizen (see here)


9. Insert CNAME Value from Kizen (see here)


10. Select Add Record to save your new CNAME record


11. Repeat steps 6-10 for TXT Type



If your DNS provider is GoDaddy, follow these steps to add DNS records and complete Email Domain verification process.
